STEP 1

An Intake Coordinator will contact you after you complete the Application and Admissions Forms (see below) to discuss this journey with you. Thank you for choosing to start this process. We realize it is a big decision.

STEP 2

Talk with the Intake Coordinator about the process and follow the next steps as instructed by the Intake Coordinator.

STEP 3

On the designated arrival day, plan to meet with the director to get an introduction to the center and finish the intake procedure.
