Meet our directors

The directors have personal knowledge and experience of Teen Challenge since they are former graduates of the program. They understand the struggles and complexities of life-controlling issues and have a passion to help youth find freedom, peace, and new meaning in life.

    Vanessa Medonza

    Vanessa is a Teen Challenge graduate. As a child, she struggled with her self-worth. During her time in the Teen Challenge program, Vanessa learned how to love herself and God’s view of her. Because of this, Vanessa places importance on helping the girls at the Ruth’s Haven Teen Girl’s Center learn to love and value themselves. Vanessa is devoted to teaching the girls about Jesus and helping them form healthy relationships with their families.
