Our Program and school info

Residential care, counseling, life, social, and work skills, character development, spiritual direction, community outreach, and general education are provided.

OUR APPROACH REACHES THE ENTIRE PERSON. THROUGH MENTORING, EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND SPIRITUAL DIRECTION, WE HELP TEENS GET BACK ON THEIR FEET AND THRIVE IN THEIR FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES.

counseling and our program curriculum:

A counselor meets with the teens one-on-one and in a group setting each week to work through what they are processing and learning. The curriculum used to facilitate recovery is faith-based and guides teens through life, work, and social skills. It is uniquely designed to transform lives from the inside-out by getting to the root of deep heart-issues. Many times, an addictive lifestyle and/or behaviors are a symptom of a deeper wound. The curriculum includes individual studies and group studies that cover topics such as attitude, temptation, successful living, obedience, anger, personal rights, forgiving yourself and others, and personal relationships. Community outreach is also integrated into the program.

Education:

For their high school education, accredited school courses are offered in partnership with a local school. High School Diplomas are given to those who completed their graduation requirements.

Our employment preparation program teaches teens how to find and keep a steady job. Topics such as resume writing, interviewing tips, and job search skills are covered. We want students to graduate from our program confident and capable of getting a job in order to provide for themselves.

Spiritual Direction:

Biblical teachings are part of the program as we mentor, educate, and help teens. These lessons instill foundational life attributes such as positive values, good character, healthy relationships, and leadership qualities needed for a meaningful and purposeful life.
